December 28, 2023 - Un nez intense et complexe de viande fumé, de fruits noirs, d'épices, de fines herbes grillées, de sous-bois et de moisi, de tabac et éventuellement de cassonade...très beau ! Souple, sapide, fruité, rond et fondu...savoureux : fruits noirs mûrs et épices. Longue finale...soupçon griotte. Prêt à boire.

September 28, 2022 - Spicy! Mourvedre and Shiraz are taking over and pushing the Grenache into the background. Black cherry and blackberry with lots of smoke & oak and a boysenberry finish. Leaning a bit to the acidic side but still balanced and full of big fruit flavors. I'm a fan of dark French roast coffee, so that's probably why I like this wine as much as I do. Its nearing the end of its life, so drink it all now.
