September 5, 2022 - Opened, poured and first taste shows acidity, with fruit in the background. Let sit for about 1/2 hour and acidity still there, but not quite as prominent. Reddish fruit, but still in the background; not noticeably tannic; relatively smooth, except for the acidity. I kept thinking/hoping that the acidity would fade or mellow out and the fruit would come forward, but neither happened. Had the feeling that this could be something pleasant, but not in this bottle. Hard to see this developing into something better.

October 23, 2021 - Berries with a round body. Ready to drink and matched a lamb dish very well. Some acidity at opening which disappeared after a short while. Pnp.
