September 7, 2020 - Won’t be buying again. Tesco’s Finest Alsace for same money is a much better wine.
Sainsbury’s 2017 contracted Alsace supplier is Michel Lihrmann.
N....almost nothing
C....straw, Med to H body
T...fruit is ripe big and round but there’s no power and there’s no acidity to balance it. Clumsy fruit bomb. Boring.
VFM...£5 would be too much. -

November 5, 2018 - A little sweeter than in previous vintages I think but still textbook bouquet ,good balance and length.
