  March 20, 2011 - Mature red with a bit of browning. Light, sweet pinot scents with mild soil accents. Flavor profile is also light, but gentle sous bois and spice liven things up. Last bottle of a case purchased shortly after release, most of which was consumed awhile ago. This wine's best days are behind it but still pleasurable.
