April 30, 2024 - Another solid expression of this slightly oxidative bottling from Mousse. Very enjoyable, good length but without improving a ton in the glass. Worth the $ but not seeking it out.

April 11, 2024 - Stumbled across a lone bottle of this in a local wine shop. Easy purchase. Perpetual blend 2003/2019. Disgorged 11/21. Light brassy color. Crisp and refreshing, with some bruised fruit, and a wooly quality that reminds me of Chenin. This is a hard one to describe (Meunier?), but we both enjoyed it.

    November 16, 2023 - Disgorged June 2019.

Deep golden color. Beautiful nose of the ripest pears, pit fruits drizzled with honey and a slight hint of fresh brioche. Medium-bodied, this is loaded with fresh from the oven brioche slathered with apricot jam, sourwood honey, fresh peaches and lemon/lime zest and a squire of Key lime. So delicious with a slightly smokey and salty, mineral-laden finish that lasts and lasts. 94

November 11, 2023 - Disgorgement 06/05/23. Juicy attack with hints of pineapple and whiffs of red fruit. It seems desultory until the structure takes over and the finish gives plenty of chalk and stone. If there’s a mot juste it would be “fun.”

October 24, 2023 - New label! New winery name, new foil as well. 100% recycle label. Empty bottle is the lightest possible in champagne. 20% reduction in weight. Foils are paper. Heavy duty recycled paper. Behind the label an NFC chip which you phone will recognize. And then it tracks where the wine is from and plays some music for you.

Delicious on the palate. Just a little bit of the Meunier funky bass weight note but in a delicious way.
