April 12, 2023 - 2 hour decant. Better with food. Nose: intoxicating cassis, smoke, blueberries. Palate: blackberries, leather, dark chocolate, tobacco, full body, grainy tannins, low acidity, drink now.

March 10, 2023 - Drinking really great. All the pieces and parts in harmony. Loved the texture on the tannins. Powerful flavors, but nothing overpowering. Just a really enjoyable wine to sit with on a Friday evening.

April 19, 2022 - Drinking real nice right now, with powerful extract and fairly potent acidity. Tannins are pretty mild now, just enough to provide solid structure, and the fruit is strong and very ripe. Very satisfying and enjoyable wine, and it should continue to drink well for a long time.

January 31, 2021 - This bottle was absolutely rocking last night. After 1.5 hour decant this was insanely good. Wonderful acidity and red fruits. Drink or hold.
