February 17, 2024 - Deep garnet.
Still some residual black cherries, spice, cedar on the nose.
Similar palate with well integrated tannins.
Drinking well, good for 5+ years. -

November 14, 2023 - Nose: Blackcurrant, dark berries, raw meat.
Taste: Dark fruit, will-integrated, nice tannins. Long finish with dark plums. Very nice to drink! -

June 27, 2023 - Cool fruit and nicely identifies as a classic cab franc with vegetal bell pepper notes. Nose and palate evolved well over time.

February 19, 2023 - A year after my first and disappointing tasting, a far better experience. Garnet color indicates it’s 11 years. Aromas of baking spices, earth and pickle. Savory ripened black and red fruit, cigar. Medium acid, mild tannins which a a bit grainy. Much better and longer finish than the 2022 tasting. Enjoyable and I look forward to the final two bottles.
