November 11, 2023 - Annual Champagne Tasting (November 11 2023): Blend: primarily Pinot Noir with some Premier Cru Chardonnay. Color is salmon. Nose is a bit flat, some lingering cherry. This is a yeasty Champagne, with toasty brioche and some berry notes. Long finish. Not particularly complex, disappointing for a Premier Cru.

March 10, 2023 - My wife loves this, and she is pretty picky about wines, so that's important to me. Pours a salmon color, not pink. On the nose nectarine and apricots. On the palate explosive tiny bubbles, bracing acidity and tart raspberry and toast. Nice bubbly! With wife, daughter and @BeauJCota.

January 2, 2023 - Vrai Champagne 2023 (Brad and Marcia's house): I haven't been a fan of this producer in the past, but this bottle was quite impressive. Yeasty with refined red fruits.
