December 20, 2018 - APPEARANCE: Dark burgundy with watery edges
AROMA: Loads of pepper, dark red fruit, and game on the nose
TASTE: Nice firm tannins with ripe red fruit and a long finish. Has many years to go and probably needs to be decanted.
