    September 10, 2023 - Dominated by reduction from opening, but blows of rather quick, would recommend some time in decanter though. Dried red fruits and berries, with some greeness and spice, whole cluster? Minerality and salinity, light, great concentration and long finish. a very well made wine, my last of -17, would be interesting to revisit again in a few years!

    September 2, 2023 - Light ruby color
    Strong reductive and Bretty aromas on PnP - quite off-putting but blew off very quickly, revealing fresh/ dried red fruit and delicate florals but dominated by volcanic/ash minerality which is very appealing
    Medium bodied with palate of fresh/ dried raspberry/ cherry/ cranberry but again dominated by this strong volcanic mineral aspect which carries this wine to a fairly long finish
    Medium tannins and medium alcohol with medium plus acidity- everything in perfect balance
    Very nicely made and quite enjoyable, not sure about the prices these wines are fetching recently however
    Highly recommend a quick decant as these volcanic/ reductive aromas are quite intense when first opened - this may be where some of these negative reviews are coming, but as I noted they do blow off quickly which tells me there is no Brett but only reduction

    October 30, 2022 - Pale ruby with bronze/brick notes
    Medium plus aromas of tart raspberry/ cranberry with dried herbs but dominated by ash/ smoke/ and intense dry mineral notes - reductive notes which blew off quite quickly - decanted half the bottle for approx one hour
    Light bodied with fairly linear palate of ripe cranberry/ raspberry with background of dry minerality
    Light bite of tannins and no notable alcohol on the palate - medium plus acidity - well balanced and wonderfully complex
    This wine definitely speaks of place and I love it for that
    Drinking great now and even better next day when fruit came more to forefront

    July 31, 2022 - Robe rubis limpide;
    Nez principalement sur la rhubarbe, les herbes salées, un légère note poivrée un une impression fumée en arrière plan. Il y une trame minérale bien présente ainsi qu'un léger fruité rouge en arrière plan. Beau assez bien intégré & en finesse.
    Bouche assez fine, avec une légère impression rustique & sauvage qui apporte un certain caractère. Tout est bien maîtrisé par-contre avec des notes de rhubarbes, se petits fruits rouges sauvages acidulés. Acidité bien présente, bonne frâcheur, impression saline omniprésente du début à la fin. Clairement la bouteille qui offre le plus à ce jour. L'ensemble est plus harmonieux & en subtilité que dans les bouteilles dégustées précédemment. Fort agréable!
