January 20, 2024 - Maybe I’m just a sucker for these bubbles, but man do I adore them. Has the body to tell that it’s a BdN, solid acidity, and the frame to carry it without being flabby or juicy at all. Well damn done.

January 14, 2024 - Out of its youthful exuberant phase now. Ripe orchard fruit and fermentation notes. Some caramel on the finish. A ripe version of this cuvee - wish there was a touch more verve. Curious how this will age...
