May 21, 2021 - Drinks just like a Sauternes at half the price or less. If you like dessert whites, pick this up. You will not regret it.

Honey, caramel colored
Peaches, nectarines, sweet honey.

June 23, 2020 - Not quite full-on dessert, but a touch sweeter than just off-dry. Lemon drop candy and nectarine lead the way on the palate, with herbal notes emerging late. Ample acidity keeps it fresh and dangerously drinkable.
