June 15, 2019 - Not overly ripe but definitely California. Enough cola you can tell it's from the Russian River Valley or is Russian River Valley adjacent. It starts with lots of funk on the nose. Glenn thought it was more spice. Although it tends to ripeness the fruit is mostly dark. Decent acidity. I think it is still evolving. While this was a nice bottle of wine, it didn't wow me.

January 8, 2017 - No notes. Tasted delicious.

August 4, 2016 - a big glass of ripe Sonoma Coast pinot cola; black plums and grenadine and cinnamon bark; ripe and sappy but not too sweet; manages its 14.4% alc well, but this is a better wine for drinking before dinner before you open the Burgundy with dinner

July 4, 2015 - Oaky and reduced, not convincing presently.

January 31, 2015 - This is aging very gracefully. Cool notes of ripe black cherries, black plums, and violets. Generous and floral on the palate. Lively acidity. Tangy, pomegranate finish. Has years of life ahead of it.
