January 11, 2007 - Michael Druitt Vintners/Hallgarten Annual Tasting (Claridge's Hotel, London): Second vintage (none made in 2004) of this recreation of the famous Constantia sweet wine. Thi sis made from a blend of very ripe, almost raisined, red and white Muscats, with partial fermentation in old French barrels. It has a pinky colour and is intensely sweet with grapey flavours and has a longl ingering finish.
