  December 11, 2020 - First day nose was full of barnyard (bret?), light dark cherry on palate.
  Second day strawberry on nose. Still light on fruit, med- body low tannin med+ acid. Cherry on the med finish. Easy drink getting better with time, a bit hot for balance
  
  Much later edit: Needs minimum 2 hours to open up, fruit becomes much more expressive and killed most of the poo smell

  October 25, 2020 - An excellent full bodied Pinot. It definitely gets better as it opens and breaths.
  The body is full. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity.
