February 1, 2022 - Well balanced amarone with a mild back palate.

Rouge violet trés dense.
Bouquet expressif. Tabac doux, cerise en confiserie, notes boisée dominantes.
En bouche, ce sont les notes d'élavage qui dominent, trop... vieux bois, puis cacao et cerise confite. Un peu de chaleur.
Le vin s'est graduellement bonifié, jusqu'à 7 jours après l'ouverture.
Pas mon style mais charmeur à souhait. -
