June 19, 2021 - Com’è questo vino? Beh, al di là della coltre di legno (“breve maturazione in barriques” recita la controetichetta) e smalto, non è che rimanga molto. Qualche fruttino rosso qua e là, una bocca troppo semplice e corta per un vino che ha ben altre mire di blasone, a partire dall’evidente carattere internazionale che si è cercato di dargli. Purtroppo, un’altra occasione sprecata di interpretare un territorio e smettere di scimmiottare la Francia.

March 4, 2020 - Tasted at the Three Borders Wine Group, Hampshire, UK. Wines from Mediterranean Islands. Dark cherry colour. Plums, fruit cake on the nose. Rich, full, plummy, spice, leather, blackberries and generally jammy. Smooth with a long finish. Excellent.
