Community Tasting Notes 1

November 28, 2018 - From the Bickensohler Steinfelsen, 13% ABV. Lovely nose, poire williams, touch of walnut and some warmth from the wood; playful but serious palate, mineral and fresh but also elegant and charming, grippy bitters; good resonance and length.
