July 10, 2021 - This is likely a few years away from really hitting its stride, but it's still delicious today. Ripe stonefruit, sweet mandarin orange and honeyed fig notes are countered by bracing acidity throughout. Primary for now, but the finish still sails on and on.

December 5, 2020 - Quite a nose of candied apricot, as well as some tangerine peel, and perhaps some salinity? It also seems I’m getting a latent hint of burnt/singed straw as well. Delivers on the palate very well, nicely rounded, and enveloping. Beautiful wine.

Superbe vin de dessert, de l'or liquide.
Super fruité, dense et complexe.
Fraicheur, acidité et équilibre sont aussi au rendez-vous.
Des notes intenses d'afrumes confites, de poires et de pêches avec
des notes d'épices et une finale longue et opulente
qui nous laissent sur des relents de minéraux.

December 21, 2019 - Crazy crazy delicious wine. Why Sauternes when you have this as an option. Fantastic fruit, acidity, paired so great with "milk and cookies" dessert!!
