Community Tasting Notes 1

November 27, 2019 - Medium nose shows bright apple, butterscotch, dried vanilla, pear, honeysuckle. Palate is nice, bright style, apple/pear layers, light buttery thing, more understated than California. Finish shows the fruit well. Not terribly complex. 10% new oak, 70% malo.
