March 10, 2024 - Bouteille 1/6 d’un lot ramené du caveau de Chassagne il y a de cela quelques années. Bouchon en parfait état. Robe encore claire. Nez et bouche tendent à se complexifier. Pour moi, ce vin en est à ces débuts : j’aurais trouvé dommage de l’ouvrir plus vite et une belle acidité associée à une belle fraîcheur lui permettront de vieillir encore en se bonifiant. Après c’est une question de goût : si on aime les blancs plutôt jeunes, il est parfait maintenant.

June 18, 2022 - I drank this 8 months ago and decided to open another bottle to see how it had developed. Wine opens up a little more than last time, but it is still closed. Notes of citrus fruits, caramel, butter started coming through. Thanks to the great vintage: Searing acidity, well defined structure, and a long silky finish. I am hopeful it will get better in a few years. It would be a waste to uncork now.

October 22, 2021 - Balanced, silky, acidic, and very long finish. Plenty of residual sugar. It is too youthful now, and need a few more years of cellaring.
