April 26, 2021 - Opens with bright, crisp flavours of apple, peach, and apricot. Background shows abundant minerality, and mild notes of polenta and peanut. Finishes with fresh acidity and a touch of lime. Well-balanced: acidity and minerality are the dominant characteristics, but it's still reasonably full-bodied, with a touch of oak.
