December 18, 2016 - Decanted at least 2 hours before tasting. Clear deep dark inky garnet color. Wonderful bouquet of sweet blackberries, black cherries and their liqueurs, mocha, baking spices, cloves. Similar on the palate, rich, balanced, full body, plush velvety tannins, long finish. Outstanding.

July 3, 2016 - Very nice, complex cab. Aging nicely. Lots of dark fruit, earthy notes. Suede texture. Well made and decent value at $100 for a Cali cab. Outshined by a 2006 Realm Beckstoffer To Kalon on this evening.
