January 27, 2013 - I want to say that I waited too long to open and drink it. We both thought that it was muted in both aroma and flavor, and that it had passed its prime. Next time I'm in Paso, I hope to taste it in the winery since I remember it being much better than this. And no, the bottle was not flawed.
