October 4, 2019 - Light gold - hay-like. Nose that is savoury but with white fruits; a slight sourness and maybe a little apple. Crisp tropical fruits - passion fruit, maybe some mandarin, melon (both orange and yellow). A combination of some sweetish fruits with a very dry finish. A lovely mix of flavour and texture.
