May 17, 2012 - Deep yellow color. Toast and slight sherry notes on nose. Toasty, rich butter fruit with some sherry notes on finish. Interestingly the sherry was not present the second day. Definitely past its prime, but interestig to see how fine american chardonnays age.

November 7, 2011 - A darker golden since the one two years ago. Still singing with that honeysuckle-over-slate effect. Also, with many other notes: tropical, white, and citrus fruits; hint of almond, floral. Nice weight, but with good mineral-driven acidity. Sadly, this was the last bottle.

April 27, 2009 - Slightly golden-pale. Lovely aromas of honeysuckle, tropical and white fruit and stony citrus. Nice palate with medium fruit and a slight oilyness that is more than ofset by steely acidity and mineral. Persistent complex flavors. Great with food.
