  December 1, 2019 - Cherry pits, wet earth, flint. Fair amount of tannin left - needed every bit of a two hr decant. Great QPR

  December 21, 2013 - Another Saturday at Knightsbridge - mostly blind (Northbrook, IL): Served double blind to tasting group. Open approx 2 hours before serving. Some SO2 needed to dissipate when first poured , but after 10 minutes this was showing layers of slightly mature, firm blackberry and black cherry aromas with braised meat spice. Similar on palate, with firm but elegant tannins coming across at the very end. A very good Hospices wine. Good now, probably better in 5 years, and probably good through at least 2025 or 2030.

  September 12, 2009 - 3rd Annual Above Top Secret . Com Annual Dinner 2008 at the San Jose UFO Expo; 9/10/2009-9/13/2009: Wow its pretty hard to put this one in words. Its a special cuvee from 4 barrels purchased by Belivino. Barnyard nose with leather, eath and spice. On the palate it was silk smooth with hints of more leather, sft fruit and berries. long lingering finish. The whole experience was unreal.
