Community Tasting Notes 1

January 20, 2020 - Clear, bright Ruby color fading to pink with a clear edge. Cherry, Earth, and a touch of sassafras are my first impressions. In the mouth i get medium body, good acidity, and a but of astringency on the end. After a few minutes, a distinct cough syrup taste appears. Interesting in its own way, but not what I would consider a good way. Maybe in a few more years it will drink better, but I doubt it.
