March 24, 2023 - Impressive village Puligny with impeccable balance and harmonious flavours. It comes from 5 different parcels and is aged for 12 months in oak barrels, 20% new, and 5 months in steel. Classic and elegant aroma of apples, cream, peaches, apricots, flint, white flowers, acacia, herbal and smoky hints. Palate is generous, multilayered and focused with fragrant juicy fruit flavours, wrapped with floral and citrusy edges. Well balanced and integrated racy high acidity culminates to long and persistent finish.

July 31, 2022 - The nose off the bat was etherial, with honeysuckle and white flowers. Beautiful acidity with citrus and nicely integrated oak on the palate. This is why I drink white Burg.
