August 15, 2021 - Highly aromatic on pnp - gorgeous soft sweet pinot perfume in the nose and red sappy cherry fruit on the palate. I love 17 red Burg and I love H Lignier and this is a good match. Not the most complex wine but it's lip smacking and delicious today.

July 23, 2021 - Wine not rated, bottle was off, with lacks of everything sadly
High expectations there as a Pinot Lover...
day 1, some Brett on the nose, and some off smell, not much but really borderline
dy 2, more fruit, but lacks depth and cleanliness to be appreciated at its best
day 3/ 4 /5... left it open, in case, showed really bad smells of reduction and gamy, dusty, Brett !!!
we ll try another one maybe... or not -

June 22, 2021 - Pretty tight aromatically, but showing some classy dark strawberry and a little turned soil. More extravagant on the palate, concentrated dark berried fruit, expensive leather and plush inner mouth perfume. Nuances are still quiet but changing throughout the bottle. Built to age, a lot of wine for it’s level.

May 14, 2021 - Pnp, oak dominated nose with hint of earthy red fruits. Meidum on palate, acidic and lack a firm back bone, can't tell this is VV. As a daily, this is a pass.
