February 5, 2023 - From magnum bottle, enjoyed over 3 hours together with friends. Great complexity and a fine minerality that seemed more Puligny-like than a typical “spicy” Saint-Aubin minerality. Long finish. Very enjoyable now, but for sure also will develop even further over next 3-5 years. Very happy to have more of this in the cellar. P 92-93+

Reconocible terruño con esa remarcable acidez que necesita años para sofocarse pero que una vez alcanzado ese punto la textura se torna acuosa, el amargor final en astringencia y el chispeante inicio puede llegar a parecer hasta carbónico. Por cierto y dado que realmente esta bodega actúa como negociante me gustaría saber de quién son las uvas con las que elabora.
