March 21, 2021 - A plus Loire Chenin. Rich and deep and emotionally intelligent. An education lesson showing personality and terroir capability from my favorite golden nectar from my favorite part of the garden. Full of honey, orange blossom, passion fruit, and caramel.

February 12, 2020 - The three I tried from Le Grange Tiphaine really put me in a chair. This though, is one of the best Loire expressions of Chenin I’ve ever come across. It’s rich, steely, textured, with smokey flinty, fresh (not baked) small stone fruits. Apricots, quince, pear. Wow.
