December 10, 2022 - Superb Chenin from Saumur. Lemon tart, quince and small yellow apples. Also some oily notes starting to develop.
This will age gracefully to get even more oily and smooth.

October 15, 2022 - High concentration in both nose and palate. Focused and serious. Still youthful vibrant acidity. Lemon, various yellow fruit, crushed rocks, herbs and a slightly oily nuttiness. Just entering it's window butter a long way to go if your looking for significant maturity. Superb stuff, top quality.

August 29, 2021 - What a superb Saumur Blanc. One of the better cuvées out there. This bottle is just getting going, but offers so much pleasure already. Weighty but seamless. Powerful yet restrained. And so on.

May 6, 2021 - Before MCO 3: A little closed initially, needed at least 30mins to open up and it continues to to develop. Highly intense and focus with yellow fruits, lemon skin, cool spices and a touch of nuttiness. There is a whiff of oak but it disappears quickly. This has a really good depth and richness on the palate, as well as brightness and complexity. Friends guessed Meursault 1er Cru, enough said. I prefer this to be served at a slightly colder temp as it gains better tension.

March 5, 2021 - Joli bouquet de fruits mûrs du verger, herbes fraîches, fleurs blanches et beurre. La bouche est précise, ciselée et la finale est persistante et s'étend en longueur...superbe. Bu sur quelques jours il n'a pas bougé...va tenir la route très longtemps; la prochaine dans 5-7 ans.
