May 28, 2012 - From a good looking bottle, this wine had a red center and tawny rims. The high- intensity nose offered black cherries, plums, red fruits, and soil.
medium bodied with moderate rounded tannin & acidity, this wine had a nice finish. While not particularly complex, this wine had a nice sour cherry twang that would impress all except the most jaded Burg-hounds.
Jadot nailed it in 1985 (as well as 1990). This wine appears to be in the middle of its drinking window. However, it should hold for a number of years. Enjoy.
