  March 31, 2024 - This wine has been in our cellar since we acquired it at the winery. Since that time it has rested in our wine cellar and aged graceful. When we opened it the wine was perfect. We could not have expected anything more. Starts with some red fruit followed by cinnamon, coco powder, tobacco, and cedar wood. Perfect complement to grilled lamb.

  March 11, 2024 - Red and black fruit with cocoa and pepper spice. The secondary and tertiary aromas have taken over. The fruit is there, but subdued. It’s good, but drink now or soon. I don’t see it getting better.
