November 19, 2023 - Fresh bacon, just hints of licorice, varied red and dark berries, smoke and minor leathery notes. Still a predominantly primary palate, good balance with soft tannin, but without adding much to the complexity. 3 consistent bottles.

February 27, 2023 - Rustic, warm fruity, spicy, low on wood. Just power, balance and harmony. A bit different blend, including the rare and peppery Vaccarese grape. Great and comforting red!
