February 8, 2017 - Pale peachy yellow color. Quite restrained and savory nose with some autolytic toast, a little bit of earthy spice and a hint of red apple. The wine is somewhat underwhelming and slightly reductive with a hint of rubbery character along with rather light flavors of citrus fruits, some ripe red apples, a little bit of pithy grapefruit and a hint of vague spice. The acidity feels moderately high and the mousse feels moderately ample and slightly rough. The finish is a little short and slightly unclean with vague flavors of ripe citrus fruits, some spicy apple and a hint of earthiness.

A simple, uninteresting and very straightforward Crémant with very little character. Not really a bubbly I'd return to.
