November 9, 2022 - This is a beautiful, structured Volnay with great freshness and intensity. Still very youthful but with air it opens enough to show its gorgeous colors with rich cherry fruit, succulent acidity and excellent mineral thrust. The finish is taut and crunchy and showing a great earthy spice-driven complexity, Superb Volnay with decades of development ahead. 93+
