    January 17, 2023 - V: Medium ruby

N: Red fruits, roses, and wet soil. A desirable "old-world" funk.

P: Cranberry, tart cherry, dried leaves, and potpourri.

Really enjoy this wine. Clearly "old world" with great funk. High acid is balanced beautifully with fruit. Medium finish. This will develop further for years to come.

    December 4, 2021 - 깨어나기까지 좀 걸렸지만 꽤 맛있었던 걸로 기억.

October 28, 2021 - Unconcentrated and fruity, pronounced herbaceous nose and palate. Good acidity. Once mixed with food, then it is ok as a food wine.

February 21, 2021 - Opened, decant, drank over four hours
Translucent burgundy in color, medium-minus body
Red berries, paint, intense floral notes.
Aggressive, astringent. High acidity. Should age well. A little thin. Longish finish. Bitter red fruit. Definitely a food pairing wine. Will be interested to see how this develops. I would NOT open another bottle for at LEAST five years or more.

Britt's chicken thigh dinner with mash and gravy, etc.

February 17, 2021 - many berries in nose and mouth, decent length and ballance - thogh to the fresh side.
