March 14, 2013 - Amber coloured. Slight fizz. In the nose, unbelievably complex with fresh, ripe apricot, mint, orange peel, lemon peel, a bit of Mokka/coffee with condensed milk, seems almost young in the nose. On the palate, slightly sweet, nicely fesh and light, perfectly balanced with a discrete mousseux. A dream wine.

March 3, 2006 - Dark yellow verging on brown, slightly sweet, almost effervescent, with a yeasty Belgian-beer-like component. Baked apples and pears, honey, and a hint of dried apricot. Very interesting wine.
