Community Tasting Notes 3

March 13, 2024 - This is why seeing a wine over a few days is critical on determining a flawed bottle. Day 1 this was somewhat drinkable but lack fruit and intensity. Day 3 this is sweety gym socks and no fruit present. I hate natural corks for this exact reason.

March 8, 2024 - Purple to the rim with brambly, black fruit aromas and generous black fruit, vanilla and creamy mouthfeel on the mid palate. Tannins are present but well integrated.

February 23, 2020 - A private dinner (Restaurant l’Entrecôte et les Dames, Amsterdam, NL): Wonderfully pure and creamy fruit, juicy and supple style, flowers and cherries, warm spices and a touch of black pepper, violets and peach, fresh and silky with light tannins, lovely length. Harmonious and delicious already, with lots of upside.
