May 14, 2020 - Luscious aromas of cut ripe peaches, apricots and grilled pineapple with notes of fresh cream and honeyed nuts. Hints of chalk dust. Richness on the palate but retaining nice acidity. Fresh stone fruit and almost a peach ring candy quality with layers of pineapple tempered with just enough acidity. Some suggestions of tangerine zest on the finish. Really nice.
