November 24, 2022 - This label has become a Thanksgiving favorite at our dinner table. Decanted and enjoyed from magnum. Nothing spectacular here, but ALWAYS solid and immensely enjoyable. This particular bottle showed some structure, which I hadn’t noticed in previous vintages. Always lots of red and black fruits and balance. Regardless, this will appeal to a wide cross section of wine drinkers from the uninitiated to the more knowledgeable vinophiles. Drink or hold through 2032+.

November 13, 2022 - Light/bright red. Fleshy in the mouth with medium red fruit. Good acidity and a smooth long finish. Might continue to develop, but drinking well now...

February 18, 2021 - Not my favorite vintage for this wine. Seems a little heavy/clunky, but maybe just needs more time to unwind? 15.0% abv (at least).

August 17, 2020 - Bit of a bruiser at this point. Complex, but maybe the alcohol stands out a little too much. Think it will age well though.

September 24, 2019 - Floral and spicy, with freshness and garrigue to accompany all the ripe, sweet cherries from start to finish, the wine is forward, spicy and lush, with a lifted juicy red berry finish. The wine was made from blending 65% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 15% Mourvedre and 5% Cinsault. Give it a few years in the cellar as there is potential for aging here.
