February 15, 2024 - Very good Cab. Medium body, -light on its feet but substantial. Thinking if you don’t like “milkshake fruit-bomb’ Cabs, this is one to consider. Cudos, the wine did not have a 2017 charter that I’ve tasted before on several other cabs

March 24, 2023 - Quick decant and we were off to the races. Nice soft bouquet, with red fruit and dark cherry on the nose, with just a hint of wood. This is not a big Napa fruit bomb Cab. Very nice, well-balanced, soft tannins and it paired perfectly with a Smoked Gouda Burger.

July 16, 2022 - Very balanced. Structure built to age. Great acidity and tannin. Read a wine critic review that 2017 was able to be opened young and I agree.

    January 20, 2022 - Smells weirdly grenache plastic-y.

  • Elpaninaro Likes this wine:

December 4, 2021 - rich red-purple color, aggressive young nose of cassis, cherries, venison and leather, crushed berries, on the palate sensationally good, young and exuberant, already showing a nice breadth of flavors and herbal notes, brush, blueberry, cherry, cassis and leather, soft grey mineral edges, fine long fragrant finish, a superb vintage for this great wine, we were lucky it was showing so well- a good long rest in the cellar is needed.
