October 11, 2022 - Pale straw color. Medium aroma intensity of lemon, apple, and pie crust. Medium acidity, medium alcohol. Flavors of lemon, apple, citrus. Medium finish length.

December 27, 2021 - A solid chard with notes of apple, pear, minerals and floral elements with nice balance and acidity. Nice finish.

April 1, 2021 - By the glass at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore. Aromatic nose of tropical fruits (pineapple), ripe lemon, apple pie, cream and butter. Good depth and acidity on the palate with ripe citrus zest, biscuit crumb, and a nutty, slightly yeasty note on the long finish. Rich but not unctuous or cloying and wore its alcohol well. Apparently the only white that Shafer makes. Delicious.

November 27, 2020 - Fun, and complex, this wine was a hit with Turkey. Just rich enough to compliment the meal everyone liked the selection, with notes of zesty fruits and a purity of fruit one would expect from Shafer.
