The aromas lead off with a generous hit of petrol which leads into lemony citrus and white lilac. The palate confirms and tapers off with some nice minerally flavors. The wine is taut and lean with ripping acidity and begs to be drunk alongside food. A rich, creamy cheese or pasta with cream sauce, perhaps roast chicken with crackly skin? -

Had some more about two hours later and the bottle had warmed a bit. Stone and apple on the nose. Palate stayed the same. -

January 30, 2022 - Jag har druckit åtskilliga årgångar av det här vinet, men det här är den bästa hittills. Tydliga rieslingtoner med en viss mognad i form av petroleum, gul stenfrukt, äpplen och lite sälta eller mineral. Riktigt bra syra och fin längd. Frisk och fräsch men ändå med lite komplexitet och mognad! 89-90 p.
