December 3, 2023 - Luscious! Allow to open up. Nose of cedar, pepper and deep dark berries with slight hints of vanilla. Incredible with grilled steak and baked potato topped with garlic chives.

dark blue fruit, graphite, violets, fennel
medium plus acid
high alcohol
rich blue fruit, cedar on the palate
fine, ripe tannin
A concintrated riper zin with beautiful nose and nearly balanced palate
Reading the tech sheet, blended with 18% petite syrah which probably contributes to the deep blue bramble and the inky color
