April 23, 2024 - Serious stuff - quite dense, powerful, and smoky. Plenty of ripe dark fruit, black olive tapenade, roasted figs, and slightly molasses-like notes. Lots of grip and intensity on the palate, where the flavour profile feels a little cooler than on the nose. Really good and potential to improve.
