October 28, 2022 - Mainly good white Burgs: My contribution. Wow, first time having Ente and another example of producer being the most important variable for wines. Despite its humble origin, this was one of the strongest wines of the night for me - if someone wants to understand what laser precision tastes like, this would be it. Balanced with ripe, stony fruits so overall this didn't come across too lean. A very complete and harmonious wine.
