June 26, 2021 - Drank with Jim Murphys on our porch. Light body, started out a little rough upon opening. After decanting an hour, more smooth and fruit appeared. Drank after a Merlot which was an obvious difference, more tannic, less dark fruit, lighter body. Good with grilled chicken. Everyone enjoyed. REALLY GOOD FOR THE PRICE and can drink now.

March 29, 2021 - Barolo with all the fixers in term of tar, red fruit, tobacco, leather. Yet open for business, friendly, without being commercial. Very fine balance, healthy fruit, easy to drink - with food.

November 1, 2020 - Deep garnet color clear rim. Nose of wild berries and cherries with a hint of tobacco. Medium plus body high acidity and pronounced tannins. Palate of cherry and raspberries slight smokiness and a bit of licorice on the finish. Still young and developing. Can last 10 more years.
